Usage & Care
  1. Set Up: Carefully remove the lid and insert 6–8 sticks (depending on the intensity you like).
  2. First Flip: After 1 hour, flip the sticks to jumpstart the scent.
  3. Refresh: Flip sticks weekly or whenever you want a fragrance boost.
  4. Save Scent: If you won't be using the diffuser for a while, replace the lid to prevent the mixture from evaporating.

 Caution:

  • Surface Safety: Always use a coaster. Wipe spills immediately; oil may damage furniture.
  • Safety: Keep away from children and pets. 
  • Fire Hazard: Keep the diffuser away from open flames, stoves, and high heat. Do not light the sticks.

Hand Care: Wash hands thoroughly after handling used sticks.

Returns & Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@lumerahandco.com with relevant images or videos. Once reviewed, a replacement will be arranged.

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: Replacement shipping is complimentary.
  • Other Exchanges: Items must be unused. Shipping charges apply for both the return and re-delivery.
